Placing Shikril in the 100 million chain. Please complete the following ASAP.

1) Shikril swear to Riyadh

2) Post here when complete.

I will begin posting insertion orders for the other characters moving to the 100 million chain after their removal orders have been completed. At the same time the insertion orders are posted I will post orders about setting key vassals. Riyadh, at this time please do not change your key vassal.
