Vlad, if it is an apartment in the Mayoi apartments, it should be easy enough to find. The stone thing that you click on to pay rent will still say Vlad's Apartment. Andiglo can run to each of the little housing areas inside there and find the apartment 113s until he sees one that says it belongs to Vlad.
Andiglo, if you want a hand helping to run around and find the right residence portal for Vlad's apartment just /tell me ingame and I'll be glad to help you find it.
