Help me welcome Dave Mustaine to the Management Team

We have added Dave Mustaine to the Food Chain Management Team. Dave has alot of experience with chains and understands the mechanics fully. He helped manage the Food Chain predecessor, which I think has become the oldest and strongest chain on the server.
