Ok, the best way to keep the loyalty bonus added is to turn yourself into a buff bot!!!! Just buff loyalty, leadership, critter, self, and focus every 10 min in a mana pool!!!!!

I don't understand the problem.... pretty much 90% of the people I know in the chain use Eltank( at least for buffing), so all you have to do is click the boxes for loyalty and leadership... it's not frickin' rocket science

No, it's not rocket science, but there are people who don't run ElTank because of the overhead. If I load up ElTank, I know I can log in about 3 different times before I have to reboot my computer. By the third time, it takes about 5 minutes to log a character, and my guess is that ElTank is trying to parse some enormously large file or something. *shrug*

The bottom line on this (and I think I'll cross-post this into Phade's annoucment also) is that everyone needs to figure out a way to keep leadership/loyalty/self buffed ALL of the time if they want to be in the chain. It is inherently a part of being in a chain and even if you can hunt for enough XP to make up for not being buffed, why would you want to? Doing so will, guaranteed, take XP out of the chain that would otherwise pass up.

Whether you use a plugin to warn you when your buffs are getting ready to drop, use an alarm to tell you, or use tank or a macro of some kind to keep your allegiance buffs on you, just do something to keep those allegiance buffs active all of the time.

I think your missing the point Jyd. By running a Buff-bot, or the like, you then are able to be on ALL the time, which is huge in regards to the loyalty bonus. Especially when people want to move up in the chain. It takes a lot of time to build that up otherwise. If your logged on 24 hours a day, then that's only 10 days to hit the bonus. Otherwise it's like 1 to 2 months depending on your schedule. I work 12 hour graveyard shifts, with an hour commute each way, so my playing/logged on time really sucks. This way, that problem is solved.
