I noticed that my rank is down to 5, and my followers have dropped.

Yes, there is a break, but it is a planned one. It's part of the move to the new chain. We are very, very close to being done now. There is one more move order to be completed, then I'll post the last couple of orders to put us all into place. Much of the "stitching together" has already happened.
'Tis a necessary evil.
