The following needs to be done in order to get Culticon Promoted up in the Food Chain

1) Seabrook find and swear to Jack Able, Jack Able sets Seabrook as keyvassal

2) Culticon find and swear to Urrasa

3) Jack Able swear to Culticon

4) Urrasa set Culticon as keyvassal, Culticon set Jack Able as keyvassal

Please post as each step is complete
