All the tusker dungeons and marketplace happen to be on the same landblock (or rather, close enough to each other for XP to be shared) because of coincidence; they were all added during the same patch, and Turbine has a tendency to clump dungeons into the same landblocks (often located out in the middle of the ocean!) when they put them in at the same time. I also heard a report that the Olthoi Arcade was also close enough to share with Marketplace, but haven't verified it myself.

Back in the old days (1999-2000) I used to live in Sawato. Now we had always thought that the meeting hall that was in the swamp on the outskirts of town was right underneath the entrance portal, but if you click on someone before they go into the portal and follow the selection, you can see that the hall is actually underneath the middle of town.

You can also select character before they portal away and watch them zoom off in the distance.

Btw, how old is this clan/chain?
