Please complete the following steps in order so that Tusami may join the Food Chain.

1. Tusami (96) swears to Tenchi Muyo (96).

2. Robin Fume Hood (90) breaks from Tenchi Muyo and swears to Tusami.

3. Tenchi Muyo sets Tusami as key vassal and uploads.

4. Tusami sets Robin Fume Hood as key vassal and uploads.

5. Post here as each step is completed.

Insertion will be marked as COMPLETE once all allegiance information is verified on our tracking system.

Grr! There's a reason Dave posts the steps in the order he does, to prevent chain breaks like this. I can't go in game right now, but tomorrow if it isn't fixed, I'll try to find Tusami and swear Borg to him. That will restore rank anyway, and we'll fix the chain properly as soon as we can.

Oof i'm sorry this has happened, he broke before i could get a hold of you or Robin Fume Hood to get it set up to do in one step. I contacted phade as soon as this happened to try to get it fixed and i'm sorry if I caused any problem's to you or the clan.

It happens sometimes. I'm only getting onto you a little bit.

Mostly I was growling to reinforce to everyone who reads this to be extra careful whenever swearing someone into the chain.

The easy way to prevent this is to NEVER drop someone. If your old vassal (who will become your new vassal's vassal) is online and /tells you they are ready to swear to their new patron and would you "please release me" you can drop them to save that little bit of XP. Unless you're really sure everything else is in place though, don't ever drop anyone.

In this particular chain break people lost rank but no real XP. If you want to win Mr. Unpopularity of the Month, try causing a chain break where you cause about half of the chain to be dropped.
