What's the best way to get in touch with Food Chain and OH members that are out hunting in DV to join a fellowship? I didn't get any response on the #lastdynasty channel last night.
I usually play from about 8:00 or 9:00pm Pacific time until midnight or so, and I'd love to spend a few hours in DV several times per week. Anybody go out there regularly that I could /tell if I'm looking for a fellow?
Regular DV hunting parties?

I have been there often for the last two weeks and am kind of burned out on it now. I've recently moved to Lacuna for a change of powerleveling scenery. The easiest way to get into an LD fellow out there is just rollout and poke around at the mouth of the valley. Somebody will see you and recruit you.

Yes, thats a common Firtle drop.
For some reason most LDers run in from the LS along the path you mentioned. I always see LD and LSD fellows right along the mouth of the valley. I've never had any problem getting into one. Also, the more you go, the more you'll be invited when people see ya.
