There's a new column on the Food Chain short report page that will help us all understand how the quota works.

Think of it like this. The %vassal column tells you how would you be doing in the LSD chain. Plain and simple. The number in that column will almost always be lower than the %quota column.

If you want to see the XP go up chain-wide, strive to make your %vassal column read 100%. You may find that to be challenging.

Ranger, I'm assuming you're responsible for adding that column, very nice! This should shed alot of light and help alot of people understand what's going on.

Hunting. That's all.

What it is, DL, is the percentage of XP you pass up, compared with the XP you received from your vassal.

If you get 10M from your vassal and pass up 9M, it shows 90%.

If you get 10M from your vassal and pass up 10M, it shows 100%.

If you get 10M from your vassal and pass up 11M,it shows 110%.

And so on...

It's strictly your raw passup percentage, and is there for comparison sake only. Technically, it doesn't have anything to do with quota. We just wanted to show the chain members that passing with 100% on the% Passed column only means that you made quota exactly. You might be actually passing up less XP than you received from your vassal.

If this is just raw passup, how could it ever fall below 98.5% for people who keep loyalty and leader buffed 24x7 and have the appropriate number of vassals and ingame time?

Because the maximum automatic passup rate is 93.75%.

Maximum % taken from the vassal XP pool is 125%.

Maximum % of XP passed through loyalty factor of vassal XP is 75%.

125% * 75% = 93.75%.
