Just wondering how many points yu can raise something, oh say like one of yur primary skills with that much saved exp. At 275 it must cost something outrageous to raise a major skill

Khufu, there is still a 4 billion cap on xp spent per skill or attribute. A skill maxes, and then you have to move on and start spending your xp on something else...

Yep - that's what the Augmentation Gems and the related Quest are for.

As Attribute-, and Skill-Caps did not change, at a certain level you have ALL your skills and Attributes maxed.

But you still can invest Unassigned XP for several improvements, for example 4 Billion XP for an 8th Backpack Slot....(of course also if not ALL other things are maxed yet)

first i need to get to long into Ac lol it probably related to the settings for my firewall and router...

Ac is not very router friendly which is odd as DDO was as was Ac2...
