...or someone who can tell me where they've run across a Northern Black Claw Raider recently.

I have seen them around the mountains up north when I was hunting hoary's. If you add them to your BS or whatever plugin you are using you should see them.

I have run in to the southern ones near the mayoi mage several times... even went and got one one time.
