Balkoth is also Level 111, the same as POA, therefore he is the close person that can swear to POA. Once Balkoth swears to POA I will post order(s) to get Fire Deamon, Eisen, Me Chee, and Mascis back in the chain. It not that you are being removed per say but that you are being moved, for that to happen you have to be remove to prevent a break in the chain as a whole.
