These moves need to be made in this order.

Smurf (106) swears to Spoonerii (108)
Spoonerii sets Smurf as Key Vassal
Warhogg (104) swears to Smurf (106)
Smurf sets Warhogg as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.
