You are being removed because you have not uploaded to the ACStats page for well over two weeks, probably longer. If there is another reason I'm not sure of it, but the above reason is enough to chain around someone as per CC policy.
If you wish to stay in the chain please update ASAP and we can modify the order or post the problem you are having.
