Requesting removal of chada II so that I can put my low level toons in CC and place chada in FC.

Chada's vassal and Bombur's patron Bajin Xian-Tok, who we are both waiting for to log and do the reswearing so we can go to the FC, hasn't uploaded in 11 days now.
