These moves need to be made in this order.
Make sure to upload your stats before and after each step is made.

Slew (41) swears to Karkaas the Mage (42)
Karkaas the Mage sets Slew as Key Vassal
Brandi Starburst (33) swears to Slew (41)
Slew sets Brandi Starburst as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.

to get a hold of Brandi Starburst, look for Nyven the UA, Nyven the dagger, Portrait Of Authority, or Pagan Archer
