These moves need to be made in this order.
Make sure to upload your stats before and after each step is made.

Karkaas the Mage (38) swears to Ach Choo (45)
Ach Choo sets Karkaas the Mage as Key Vassal
Brandi Starburst (32) swears to Karkaas the Mage (38)
Karkaas the Mage sets Brandi Starburst as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.
