These moves need to be made in this order.
Make sure to upload your stats before and after each step is made.

Bajin Xian-Tok (116) swears to Chada II (116)
Chada II sets Bajin Xian-Tok as Key Vassal
Bombur Bearsum (115) swears to Bajin Xian-Tok (116)
Bajin Xian-Tok sets Bombur Bearsum as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.
Post when each step is complete. Post if you have any question or porblems with this order.

Bajin, I play Euro time, I think Chada is on US time but I see him almost everyday later in the evening (our time)
