Storm Raven sets Miles perour as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.

This move will also Remove Storm Raven, Once this move has been completed I will post to have Storm Raven re-inserted into the chain.
