These moves need to be made in this order.
Make sure to upload your stats before and after each step is made.

Troec (90) swears to Mental (90)
Mental sets Troec as Key Vassal
N'catyl (85) swears to Troec (90)
Troec sets N'catyl as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.
