These moves need to be made in this order.

Sciana Cau (104) swears to Alkeron (105)
Alkeron sets Sciana Cau as Key Vassal
Pagan Archer (101) swears to Sciana Cau (104)
Sciana Cau sets Pagan Archer as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.

Forget who it is but you need to contact Illumination (at least I did) or ask Kerosene, and have him bring pagan online. I'll be on today about 5pm est.
