These moves need to be made in this order.

Opti Silmara (87) swears to Ach chuu (90)
Ach chuu sets Opti Silmara as Key Vassal
Mental (85) swears to Opti Silmara (87)
Opti Silmara sets Mental as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.
