Question about Casual --> Food switch policy Attn: Ptrn/V

I remember reading a post on the old boards that there was a policy about switching between casual and food. Something to the effect of: If you apply (are accepted?) to the food chain, you must be sworn around in the casual (so as to prevent a "chain break" situation)

My question is, does the chain around happen when I apply, or when I'm accepted? Well anyway, I applied, so if it's the former, Fire Eagle has to swear to Dezayn.

Although I have a request--since there's a good chance of me being turned down (because of my level) could we wait until one of the food chain managers at least says there's a remote possibility of me getting in? I'd hate to be chained around here and rejected from there.

Hope this makes sense. Thanks for your time.

Dave, it's not a problem for you to get into the Food Chain. The reservation about letting 126+ people isn't really looking at clan members. Unless something has changed I'm not aware of, clan members are welcome in either chain, regardless of level.

Dave,

General we post removal instruction when some one applies to the food chain if we feel that the person appling is not going to wait for them to be sworn around in the casual chain. Lately i have wait for someone it the Food chain to contact me, or post that one of our ranks has been accepted to the food to issue removal instrcution.

With you case I have no problem holding off on removing you until you are accpected in the FC.
