These moves need to be made in this order.

Lrd Kimo (92) swears to Grey's Mage (92)
Grey's Mage sets Lrd Kimo as Key Vassal
Ragsinn (91) swears to Lrd Kimo (92)
Lrd Kimo sets Ragsinn as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.
