Thanks for the swift reply.
If I may - another question ?
How do you respond to a level 126+ applying for the casual chain ?
Basically, I'm a casual player that still wants to be in a chain, but is not able to produce the uber xp for the food chain.
I am now in the food chain, but I'm just making enough xp not to get thrown out (which is still a reasonable amount of xp). I'm feeling a bit guilty about holding the food chain back.
Would the casual chain be something for me ?

In answer to your questions, at least in a little more detail:
1. Rank 9....if you are above XP Pump. Anyone below XP Pump has no rank. However, I will be sending Youkay a PM seeing if we can arrange a time to get the rank mule moved down.
2. As far as the level 126+ goes....as long as your toon is not INNACTIVE (i.e. dumping it into the chain then collecting free xp without doing a thing) we would love to have you join us. Part of our purpose is to allow people to still be in a chain but not have to be overly concerned about quota.
As Panzerfaust mentioned, just fill out an application on our application thread. Be sure to check your PM box.

Just contemplating the idea here.
I am managing fine in the Food Chain - but just enough to make quota. I believe this should put your worries about xp to rest.
I only have one toon - so if I play, it would be this one.
The reason I am concerned : I am playing a no-magic melee character. I'm relying on my armor to get lvl6 buffs. But some of my equipment has a rank 8 requirement. That is why I NEED to be in a rank monarchy.
I read the casual chain rules - but what concerns me is that there are no 'objective' rules; if an admin judges you as 'inactive', you get the boot.
I can not allow this to happen. I would much rather struggle to meet 'objective' criteria in the food chain, than risking removal over 'subjective' criteria in the casual chain.
This was not meant to be a nag-post
I'm just trying to consider the pro's and con's here...

The Casual chain is just that, Casual. As long as you play, you should get by just fine. Or another way to look at it is count the number of removal warning posts on the Food chain board then count the number on this board
I think you'll see a big difference.
The CC managers are all really good at keeping the chain running without bearing down on anyone to keep up their end of the load.
Hope that puts your fears to rest

luang,
As of yet we have not need to remove any one for being "inactive".
Basicly as long as you dont fall under 93.75% passup, and you update your AC Stats regular and it show that your are adding more than you are getting you would be fine in the casual chain.

Granted, there has been some concern in the past that the CC has no "objective standard". We try to set some things to compare activeness next to...but basically, you have to be innactive to get kicked out. The last guy to get kicked out (and the only one) had not logged onto his account for two months.
There are a few toons in the chain who could be a little more active. But, if they keep their loyalty/leadership buffs up, upload AC stats each week, and generally are not hurting the chain, then I see no problem. If they have nothing to worry about, you definitely have nothing to worry about.
