Please remove De'Os & Margotte from the FC

Margotte & me don't really have enough time to play AC in order to stay in the FC. We are still willing to stay in LD though and will be requesting to be added to the Casual Chain ASAP.

Since Bleeding Fist has asked to be removed, we suggest that Flesh Puppet (De'Os' vassal) directly swears to Thrill.

Current situation is:
Thrill
Bleeding Fists (asked for removal)
Margotte (asked for removal)
De'Os (asked for removal)
Flesh Puppet
