That's something to think about, yes Ac. I'll keep watch on who all is volunteering, who is sworn to whom, etc., and will try to piece together a list of sorts soon.
The quota, as it gets adjusted right, should be high enough that it is a challenge to make (and maybe very hard to make), and everyone in the chain should get pretty decent xp. We still don't really know if Turbine has increased the ingame loyalty max time to be longer than 240 hours, so maintaining long-term loyalty bonuses where possible it something to look at. Where possible, I think it is still best to group the truly uber xp producers together, but we should certainly weigh long-term loyalty bonuses against that.

So when's this baby start? And exactly how strict will you be with failings? I know it can be difficult sometimes, but with this amount of work involved.......I hate to be above someone who doens't work.
