its not loading my stats... can anyone help??

Do you have the chain reg file installed?

that let me activate Megin, but not acstats, Went to http://www.acstats.com and i cant find myself... and i need to apply to chain

You are in the database, if your keyvassal is set the managers can add you to the chain listing.

Set someone as your key vassal, it doesn't matter who it is until you are in the chain (I don't think you've been inserted yet). If you are already in the chain, disregard because you will have already set your key vassal.
