ATTN: Lrd Kimo and Kyri. Removing Smiley for move to the OH

Removing Smiley from the FC in preparation for placement in the OH. Please complete the following ASAP.

1) Kyri swear to Lrd Kimo

2) Lrd Kimo set key vassal to Kyri

3) Post here when complete.

Note: Please remember to post here as soon as this is complete. When this move is finished Smiley will be out of the chain until his insertion orders are posted and completed. I would hate for him to be out so long that he becomes Not-Smiley.
