whos @ the bottom

whos @ the bottom of the food chain?
i saw a few new ppl get orders, do we have a split near bottom that makes the rank 9?

I think the chain listing doesn't reflect the actual structure of the chain right now, but I'm not positive. I will try to verify the order near the bottom of the Food Chain after I get ingame later tonight.

I think Lyri II is the bottom character at level 99 or 100, but Lyri II shows as being sworn to Mariann', while Gruhen Do, at level 110 doesn't show a chain vassal.

I will try my best to get this straightened out quickly, and then we can all tell who is where.
