ISO !0% mana c work 4 or less magic casting weap

I f you have a 10% work 4 or less wand, orb or ect i in the market, in the ned i want a buffable 29% mana c BR magic weapon.

They do. Have one one that was not ebmuded just pumped up to max mana c. Now that I that about it, think it may a 29% mana C so would have to have been a 9% mana work 4. I have seen 10 - 6 's.

Tim Theh Loyal, (God be with him) said he had a +31% mana C wand , which would meand it had to start with a +10 mana C wand and when you add a rend that gives 19% X 70% for spell gives ~ 31 to 32 %mana c improvement.
