i have been buying lots of cottages lately and i know there are some people looking for a second or third cottage in the same area you live in. If you reply with coords or name of settlement ill give you a /tell if i get one near you.
If anyone needs a cottage or has a vassal who needs a cottage give me a tell and or post here and i ill be more than willing to release one to you if you have the house item.
There should be randomly spawning police officers in game that can arrest PKrs after a kill jail time = 2 days in a dungeon unless your clan does a quest to break u out

Ach, I am interested in a cottage (my first ever) at the Bright Blade Cottages, 25.7.N 0.8W. I like to go there because a good ingame friend owns one there. In the past we shared appartments next to eachother and it would be very nice to rejoin this way.
I have the house items needed.
