best way to get these is to collect sings, and take them to some NPC somewhere to get a blue kit and some xp

Check Maggies, or maybe someone that knows where will read this

Its the collector at Timaru (On Marae) who accepts the sings for XP and Blue kits

interesting Plentiful vs Treated facts

Plentiful 100 charges - Treated 50 charges
Plentiful has a lower healing diff than treated
When successful Treated heal more HP than Plentiful

yes i new about that but i dont want to spend 1 sing for 1 kit =P i already owe u PHADE sings, dont u remember?

Well at least you will get something you can use a hundred times for a sing, if you pull a trove chances are 99% you wont find anything remotely close to that usefullness
