consult the last dynasty acstats page and look up who has the skill that you require then grab them in game.

The cap is 33% succes rate on imbues so don't cry too much if you fail again just keep tryin. And anything over 400 skill buffed on like a craft 4 hits the cap easy,with craft 5 salvage.

Ya, what he said. Anything over 400 skill for imbuing caps at 33% chance. Piece of advice: have at least four or five weapons when you want one imbued.
