Removing Rick Deckard per request. Good luck Rick Deckard and let us know when your ready to rejoin the chain.

After a member has not uploaded in eight days, "Old Data" will show, at which point the member may be removed from the chain withthout notice.

1st time:
The member will keep their chain patron, but lose their chain vassal.
The Chain management will track the xp production for 10 days, during which time the removed member must make the equivalent of old quota. If this is accomplished, the member will be placed back in the chain. The member will most likely not be placed with the same patron and vassal.

Removing Heatmiser due to Old Data.

The following need to be done in the order posted.

1) Wimp Lo (155) find and swear to Neue Regel( 146)COMPLETE

2) everyone set the correct key vassal

Post when each step is complete.

I think Neue usually plays evening hours, I will look for him tonight.
