2) Luang(202) find and swear to Decipher(209) COMPLETE

Luang is on European time, so factor that in when you're looking for him in game. He is really good about jumping ingame (when he's awake) if you send him a PM on the boards right before you go ingame, telling him that you're going ingame.

If I remember correctly, he has his PM settings hooked up to forward him an email so he is notified that someone needs him to swear and he can usually stop what he is working on and log in long enough for swearing.
