Ok, something very strange. My total xp has risen 3 bil. But the numbers on the vassal and patron xp don't seem to have changed...
Could there be a bug in it ?

I'm not sure about your vassal number. It seems that the "passed to" numbers stop incrementing after they hit the old four billion cap. Someone (I think AC?) has suggested that we start reporting simply each person's total XP and use that as the basis for judging whether chain members make quota.
We may need to go to something like that since it is impossible to calculate xp passup when the patron and vassal xp numbers don't change.
