Computer issue..

I got a new comp a week ago and it's giving me a minor headache.
It keeps randomly freezing up in AC and gives me no other option than to
hit the reset button.
I'm trying to track down the problem but it can be pretty much anything acting up.
I'll do my best to keep up with quota although this problem takes up almost all my free(AC) time

Wohoo, got a whole 40 mins of hunting before it was reset time again.

Yes Panz, i got all latest updates, drivers and Decal has nothing to do with it either since it hangs without it too.

Blue, do you have any similar hardware?

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 3.2 GHz Prescott Series 800MHz.
Mainb: ASUS P4P800S-X S-478
VGA: ATI RADEON 9800 PRO 128 MB AGP 8x.
HD: Samsung SpinPoint P80 SP0812C 80 GB SATA-150.

Switching to my old Geforce 4 MX card this weekend to see if it helps.
Also have to try other games before that to see if it's AC specific or not.
