Lets welcome Cerebral Assassin to the 100 mil chain.
Lets welcome Vitos back to the 100 mil chain.

The following need to be done in the order posted.

1) Cerebral Assassin(159) find and swear to Urrasa(209)

2) Vitos(172) find and swear to Cerebral Assassin(159)

3) Compound Fracture(134) find and swear to Vitos(172)

4) everyone set the correct key vassal

Post when each step is complete.
