Inserting Andiglo in chain.

The following need to be done in the order posted.

1) Andiglo(166) find and swear to Muneman(211) (COMPLETE)

2) Town Crier(189) find and swear to Andiglo(166) (COMPLETE)

3) everyone set the correct key vassal

Post when each step is complete.
