Removing Highto as per his request and chaining around Cameloo Yao due to lack of response on previous orders around this removal.

Con Artist swears to Kitoko. Kitoko sets Con Artist as key vassal

Please post times you are available or if there are problems in getting this complete. Also post when this complete.

Giving this until Monday May 3 to be completed but let's get it done sooner if possible.
