Please remove wimp low and red sonja' from the chain

The verdantine bug has bitten me and I am freeing up most of my characters of their chain obligations on SC.

I want to leave wimp mage in the chain for now as he has a couple of rank majors in his suit. I will be sure to keep his quota up.

It might take a while to get Wimp Low out of the chain. Mystic is on vacation until the 11th but I'll see what I can do.

I am not leaving SC, but will be splitting my time between the two servers for now
