Please welcome Rabid Raptor IV to the food chain.

The following need to be done in the order posted.

1) Rabid Raptor IV (152) find and swear to Viskas(159) Complete

2) Solokar(117) find and swear to Rabid Raptor IV (152) Complete

3) everyone set the correct key vassal

Post when each step is complete.
