These moves need to be made in this order.
Make sure to upload your stats before and after each step is made.

Twinky the tinky (88) swears to Alibear (89)
Alibear sets Twinky the tinky as Key Vassal
Geco (87) swears to Sleeping Munkey (115)
Sleeping Munkey sets Geco as Key Vassal

If you need to realese you chain vassle to complete this move, make sure all parties are online at the same time, to avoid a chain break.
Post when each step is complete. Post if you have any question or porblems with this order.

Sleeping Munkey is already sworn to Twinky the Tinky
