We are going to meet at Yanshi again at 23:00 cet (10pm brittish summer time), 5pm est, 2pm pst.

Then keep trying to see if timer expires in the following hour, if it does we are go for harbringer.

Checked screenshots, this board seems to be one hour after when I compared it to my computer clock.

Timer should expire at 00:12 if it expires tonight.
