these were introduced last month, you need one of them old Nuhmi quest amulets to add a Moderate spell to them ,they are really nice!

its soloable, trust me, I did it w/ my 76 archer and 69 mage, but the guants are just too bright for me no matter what cantrip they cast.

not dyeable, like most quest items.

leave it to Turbine to give us a really nice item but make it the ugliest piece of armor imaginable... and they don't and will never match anything else!
