Back when three towers was considered one of the most viable quests in the game it was beign broken constantly, all it is is a landblock error, so logging out and back in 5 or 10 mins later should take care of the problem most of the time.. before that was impossible to work as there were almost always people hanign around nearby.
I'm thinking about not thinking which when you think about it really makes the whole thing kind of thoughtless.
