Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. PST/11:30 EST. I think it takes about an hour.

This quest is a total piece of fluff. I believe any level can do it because there is no fighting. I've done it once and want to get the dress again. The guys get a very snazzy suit. You've seen the suit on Jason the Healer and Funderwear.
