Anyone wanna venture out?

I actually was able to play some last night after setting up my systems. I still have some more work to do, but all work and no play makes me go postal.

Well I started it but had to log because I wasn't feeling too swift. Stoopid stomach bug.

Question : Anyone take note if there are level restrictions in BM4 like the other Blackmires?

I did not see anything in the write up in Maggie's. Also I notice in Maggie's that the Noble Weapons quest completetion is required before entering the BM4. For that matter there was no level restriction reference for the Noble either.

Can any of you note how things would be for the under 100 folk ?
